Hm, I suggest waxing your skull and sitting by an open window on a sunny day. That way the light will reflect off of your scalp and maybe somewhere someone will see it, and maybe, just maybe, by random chance, the reflections will actually translate into something intelligable and he or she will track you down based on the message, and then you can grab a cup of coffee and discuss how ridiculous the circumstances of your meeting are. When the cups are empty, you'll say good bye, but something in the way that s/he bid you farewell suggest that it is not the last time you will meet. You just made a new friend!

Or maybe that won't happen at all. But hey, it's worth a shot, right?
